If your camper registers for multiple consecutive sessions they will have the option to STAY OVER which allows your camper to stay at camp between sessions with standard camp supervision and special activities. More Ways To Save
Refer a Friend – Does your camper have a friend who wants to attend one of our programs? If you get another child to sign up for camp then you will receive $100 per referral toward your camper’s tuition and the camper you referred will receive $50 towards their tuition. Once you are registered if you have a friend who wants to attend then contact our summer camp register at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will instruct you how you can apply the savings.
Sibling Discount – Save $100 on each additional sibling who registers for any of our programs. Simply sign up and the discount will automatically apply to your account.
DATES & TUITION PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Before May 1st, you can secure your registrations with a non-refundable deposit of $300.00. After May 1st, the full tuition is required. Cancellations due to illness or injury before camp require a letter from the camper’s physician in order to receive a refund of tuition (less the non-refundable deposit). Cancellations for non-medical reasons will result in a cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable deposit, based upon the date of cancellation. Cancellation fees after May 1st – 25% of full tuition, after May 15th – 50% of full tuition, and after June 1st – 100% of full tuition. Any changes in registration (session, cancellation, flights, etc.) MUST be communicated to our Summer Camp Registrar. There will be a $25 charge for any check returned for any reason.
WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE THROUGH PROGRAM PROTECTOR.
